We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to build brand awareness, engage customers and partners, and support our growth through impactful marketing programs. You will be responsible for event planning, marketing communications, digital marketing, content creation, and brand development, while identifying innovative ways to leverage AI and emerging technologies to increase marketing effectiveness and reach. This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial marketer who can think strategically but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Executive Leadership to create programs that strengthen our market presence and generate meaningful customer engagement. What you will do Develop and execute field marketing and event programs, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events Manage event logistics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up Develop compelling marketing communications, content, presentations, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns Build brand awareness and strengthen the company's positioning within target markets Partner with Sales to support lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, market intelligence, personalization, campaign development, and marketing productivity Track marketing performance and use data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing activities What we are looking for Someone who is strategic, creative, energetic, and highly execution-oriented - a marketer who can develop the plan, make things happen, and measure the results 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, deep tech, clean tech, or another complex technology environment A proven ability to translate technologies into targeted marketing with well researched buying personas and ideal customer profiles Demonstrated experience using AI tools and leveraging AI in the marketing pipeline Extensive experience in field marketing, event management, and digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer-focused messaging Experience developing content and managing multiple marketing channels Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and support lead generation and sales objectives Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial, creative, highly organized, and comfortable working independently Curious and enthusiastic about AI and emerging marketing technologies Bilingual English/French is highly desirable Total Rewards Cerio offers a comprehensive total rewards package for this position including base salary (range $120,000 - $150,000), incentive bonus plan, health and wellness benefits, generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth. The salary range provided represents the expected base salary for this position. The final offer amount may be adjusted slightly higher or lower depending on the selected candidate's relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and certifications, as well as the full total compensation package offered.
