Manage employee relations, workplace safety programs, staffing and recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning for the assigned operations. Advise on compensation and benefits, support employees with leave and retirement-related matters, and coordinate engagement and diversity initiatives.

Manage human resources needs across the Little Narrows and Windsor quarries and the Richibucto manufacturing plant, advising managers and supporting employees on HR and safety matters. Lead employee relations, safety compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning, and salary and benefits administration.

Plan and schedule routine and non-routine electrical and maintenance work, expedite work orders, and prepare accurate job plans, material requirements, and cost estimates. Ensure planning information is complete and available to maintenance personnel, support implementation of the RPM program, and perform other duties as assigned.

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling CGC products to dealers, distributors, and contractors while building strong customer relationships. They will also coordinate product training for store associates and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
