CGC Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Operator/Forklift Driver (Warehouse) at our facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The available shift for this role is from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It's a permanent and full-time position, offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their leadership ability and forklift driving expertise in a manufacturing operation within a large corporation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Under the guidance of the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Supply Chain Operator conducts the daily operations in one of the various positions in the Supply Chain Department. The operator will be able to be trained in the five operator rate positions in the department as skill and ability is gained. Assist with the loading/unloading of all products to/from the rail cars, trucks and vans Assist in the implementation of CGC/USG Model Programs, Safety Rules, VWIs/JSAs and Standard Operating Procedures, as required. Qualifications Able to work in a warehouse setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety rules and practices. Maintain a high standard for housekeeping within the work area. Computer skills needed for data entry. Read and complete documented inspection procedures. Follow instructions on printed work orders to complete assigned tasks. Computer skills preferred to review or revise documents in Microsoft Office Programs. Navigate Microsoft Outlook for work related e-mail. Ability to learn to operate various types of mobile equipment. Good communication skills needed with all co-workers. Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards within work area. Requirements

Candidates must be able to operate mobile equipment safely and maintain high housekeeping standards in a warehouse setting. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and communication via Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
