The Vice President will drive the growth and development of the Consulting Services business within the Ontario insurance market by building strategic C-suite relationships. They are responsible for end-to-end accountability of portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, and the delivery of complex technology and consulting engagements. Candidates must have 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology consulting or professional services with a deep understanding of the North American insurance industry. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred, alongside a proven track record in business development and P&L management.
