CHANEL Assistant Counter Manager Work Location: CHANEL F&B Counter located in Holt Renfrew, Bloor Street, Toronto Reports to: Territory Manager Employment Type: Permanent, full-time Your Role @ CHANEL: As Assistant Counter Manager, your role will be to support the Counter Manager in overseeing and managing our CHANEL Beauty & Fragrance operations, in order to develop opportunities and increase sales volume. The Impact You Will Have at CHANEL: In addition to supporting the Counter Manager, you will deliver impeccable customer service in the sale of CHANEL products through extensive product knowledge and by identifying each client’s needs. How You Will Contribute to the Role: You will achieve annual Beauty & Fragrance sales targets. You will deliver exceptional customer service through consultations. You will contribute to the development of the sales team, ensuring it remains goal-oriented, including the preparation and review of monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets. You will organize the counter, in collaboration with Territory Managers, to ensure the success of promotions and special events. You will actively participate in merchandising. You will manage Beauty & Fragrance inventory.
