Term{{{{:}}}} Full-time Responsibilities{{{{:}}}} Installation of decals on to trucks and other equipment that includes signage, ICC numbers, and more.W Operate large-format printers, plotters, and cutting machines to produce decals and graphics Prepare surfaces on trucks and trailers (cleaning, measuring, masking, etc.) Install vinyl wraps, decals, and signage on various vehicle types (trucks, trailers, fleet vehicles) Ensure proper alignment, smooth application, and bubble-free finishes Trim and finish graphics according to specifications Assist with design layout adjustments when needed Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized condition Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights or with large surfaces Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production schedules Skills & Attributes Strong problem-solving ability Team player with good communication skills Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines Commitment to quality workmanship Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work settings May involve working in a shop/warehouse and on-site locations Exposure to adhesives, tools, and equipment used in sign production Requirements Mechanical background/aptitude is preferred Previous experience in vinyl installation, sign making, or vehicle wrapping preferred Ability to lift and/or move equipment such as scaffolding, power washing hose Decal installation experience (or related experience - body work tech, window tinting, detailing, or willing to learn) is an asset Ability to read measurements and follow layout specifications Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hands for extended periods Physically fit; comfortable lifting materials and working on ladders or platforms Skills involving attention to detail and inspection are preferred Ability to work full time with overtime. Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle Must have a High School Diploma or GED
