Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the protection of people, property, facilities, and information Maintain surveillance of surrounding area and report suspicious activity Deliver and collect items from various locations as required. Perform seasonal landscaping duties to maintain a safe and professional facility appearance. Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely while maintaining clean and attractive grounds. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard by removing litter to ensure a safe work environment. Requirements Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous security experience with a valid Security Guard License. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work full-time, including flexible hours if required. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including driving, security, and landscaping duties.

Requirements
