Role Overview As a Technical Records Administrator (Contract), you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and organization of aircraft maintenance records. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and auditing technical documentation to ensure records are complete, compliant, and ready for archiving. Working closely with Maintenance, Planning, and Quality teams, you will support regulatory compliance and help ensure the ongoing integrity of the company's aircraft records. What You’ll Do: * Process dailyaircraftrecords, including technical logs, work orders, task cards,componentchanges, and work packages. * Maintainaccurateand currentaircraft, engine,component, and maintenance tracking recordsin accordance withcompany procedures and regulatory requirements. * Review technical documentation toidentifydiscrepancies, missing information, and items requiring correction or follow-up. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Technical Records teams to resolve documentation issues and support compliance requirements. * Manage the collection, organization, retention, and retrieval of technical recordsin accordance withcompany policies and applicable aviation regulations. * Supportaircraftacquisitions, transitions, and fleet changes through effectiverecordscoordination and document control. * Monitor records quality and recommend process improvements whereappropriate. * Record and maintain operational data, including fluid uplifts and other maintenance-related information.
