Receptionist/Concierge The Opportunity Are you a welcoming, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a supportive environment? As a Receptionist/Concierge at Chartwell, you will be the friendly face of our residence and a key part of the day-to-day operations. You’ll manage a variety of clerical and accounting tasks, interact warmly with residents and visitors, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and engaging atmosphere. What You’ll Do * Welcome residents, families, and visitors, and respond to inquiries with care * Answer phones, route messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail * Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation * Assist with billing, accounts payable/receivable, and daily bank deposits * Support the team in keeping the residence safe, secure, and well-organized * Ensure health, safety, and confidentiality policies are always followed.
