Job Description Responsible for providing leadership to the Canada National & Regional Partner team toward achievement of assigned sales quotas and channel sales goals Contribute to increase Check Point awareness in the market place through direct contacts with the National, Regional & Distribution Partners Drive and execute a National, Regional & Distribution Partner mobilization strategy to drive overall revenue and product growth Execute team leadership with direct reports to drive a leveraged strategy for channel growth Focus on the development of the National, Regional & Distribution Partners enhance the current performance and extend the market coverage Engage with National, Regional and Distribution Partner C Level Executives to set and exceed goals Manage and lead a matrixed organization between Check Point Sales, the National, Regional & Distribution Partner Team, and National & Regional Partners. Focus on driving emerging technology growth with National, Regional $ Distribution Partners and help develop comprehensive training Programs Execute Channel Campaigns and Program Qualifications BS technical degree or equivalent 8+ years of above quota sales experience, preferably with National & Regional Partner expertise 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance Ability to implement, manage, and hold sales resources accountable to sales process, forecast methodology and sales strategy Ability to influence others to achieve uncommon, exceptional results Ability to lead, motivate, challenge and direct a workgroup Mentoring/Coaching skills Focus on the development of the National & Regional Partner channel, enhance the performance of the current National & Regional Channel partners and extend the market coverage of these named partners Demonstrated over-achievement of goals.
