OBJECTIFS PRINCIPAUX : Vous travaillerez dans le département des sinistres des lignes financières en traitant les types de sinistres suivants tout en respectant toutes les normes de service liées aux sinistres : responsabilité en matière de pratiques d'emploi, responsabilité des administrateurs et dirigeants, garantie de fidélité, cybersécurité, fiduciaire, médias et erreurs et omissions diverses. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES : Se familiariser avec les assurances des risques financiers, afin de gérer plusieurs réclamations, de l’avis initial jusqu’au règlement. Analyser la couverture et émettre les lettres de couverture. Enquêter, gérer les réclamations et procéder à l’analyse de la responsabilité civile et des dommages, prévoir les réserves appropriées et régler des réclamations en assurance des risques financiers. Collaborer avec les avocats de la défense, de l’envoi d’une réclamation jusqu’au règlement, tout en s’assurant du respect des lignes directrices en matière de gestion des litiges. Participer aux médiations et aux rencontres avec les assurés, les avocats de la défense et les courtiers. Fournir une assistance aux souscripteurs sur les dossiers de réclamations, notamment en produisant des données sur les sinistres, et sur les initiatives de marketing. Communiquer avec toutes les parties intéressées (à l’interne et à l’externe) sur le statut et l’avancement des réclamations. KEY OBJECTIVE: You will work in the Financial Lines Claims department handling the following types of claims while adhering to all claims service standards: Employment Practices liability, Directors’ and Officers’ liability, Fidelity, Cyber, Fiduciary, Media, and Miscellaneous E&O. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning various financial lines policies to handle an inventory of claims from initial notice through to resolution. Conducting coverage reviews and issuing coverage positions. Investigating, reserving, managing, and resolving financial lines claims, including analysis of liability and damages. Working with defence counsel from inception of claim through resolution. Ensuring compliance with litigation management guidelines. Participating in mediations and meetings with insured, defence counsel, and broker. Providing assistance to underwriters on claims issues, such as providing claims data, and marketing initiatives. Communicating with all stakeholders (internal and external) on status and progress of claims Adhering to Best Practices with minimum score of 90% on all audits. Cress Qualifications Au moins deux (2) ans d’expérience en gestion des réclamations ou expérience connexe. Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour assurer une communication efficace avec tous les intervenants de l’entreprise Chubb à l’extérieur du Québec. Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente requis; baccalauréat en droit, un atout. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Compétences supérieures en négociation et en service à la clientèle. Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de faire un suivi de manière autonome. Disposition et capacité à apprendre, ainsi qu’à travailler, dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide. Connaissance du domaine des assurances. Connaissance et compréhension des contrats d’assurance et des principes de couverture. Capacité à interagir avec plusieurs types de personnes, à faire partie d’une équipe et à travailler de manière autonome. Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression. Bilingualism in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with all Chubb stakeholders outside Quebec. University degree and/or equivalent experience required. Bachelor of Law degree would be considered an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Superior negotiation and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow up independently. Willingness and ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the insurance industry. Knowledge and understanding of insurance contracts and coverage principles. Ability to interrelate with a variety of people, participate as a team player, and to work independently. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
