POSITION SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Dartmouth office. This role supports managers and team members by handling office administration, documentation, and general coordination, while acting as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Provide general administrative support to the Dartmouth team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner * Coordinate meetings, calendars, and appointments as required * Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems * Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents as needed * Support payroll, HR, and finance processes (e.g., timesheets, expense tracking, onboarding paperwork) * Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required * Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in an administrative or office support role * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
