Industriel, Laval, Quebec H7L 0E3 Shift Availability Flexible Availability Job Type Your responsibilities will include: Assist with the coordination of annual HR projects and employee communications. Support the administration of short-term and long-term disability cases by maintaining employee files, proactively following up with employees and our insurance provider, and ensuring the timely payment of insurance premiums. Assist in the administration of work permit files by maintaining accurate records and proactively following up with employees throughout the process. Prepare employment confirmation letters for immigration purposes. Collaborate with our group insurance provider to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit files. Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and the insurance provider to facilitate successful return-to-work plans. Perform a variety of administrative duties, including preparing reports, entering data, maintaining files, and distributing employee communications. WHAT YOU’LL NEED We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for: REQUIREMENTS Education: DEC or AEC in HR or business administration or any related field; Experience: Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience; Experience in group insurance, disability management, leave administration, immigration, or an HR Service Centre is considered a strong asset. Knowledge and skills: Strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
