Review and approve municipal infrastructure designs for compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations, while assessing project feasibility, sustainability, and community impact. Provide technical guidance, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee engineering documentation, and contribute to team development, organizational improvement, and workplace safety.

Lead the City’s budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, audit support, grants administration, treasury activities, and financial controls while ensuring compliance with legislation and accounting standards. Advise City departments, senior leadership, and Council, lead assigned finance staff, and improve financial processes and systems.

Assist senior technicians with inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance of the City’s vehicles, equipment, and tools. Maintain the fleet shop and service records, support workplace safety and emergency response readiness, and help identify necessary repairs.
