Community Standards is looking for Administrative support to help support the Snow and Ice Enforcement Team. What makes this position unique? Create and manage Google spreadsheets of data and develop this data into graphics used for reports and presentations Review and process invoices Review and process tickets Serve as a front-line point of contact to internal inquiries Prepare letters, invitations, mailouts and promotional materials Coordinate meeting logistics and staff training requirements Other related duties as required Completion of the 12th grade of school including business subjects related to word and information processing OR completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school Two years of diversified word and information processing experience Skills required for Success: Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive, audience-driven reports Ability to prioritize work within a high-volume, multi-project environment Demonstrated ability to assist in the instruction of less experienced staff Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) Adaptability to the introduction of new tracking software (SAP, CRM, etc) Alignment to our Cultural Commitments and Leadership Competencies (https://bit.ly/4brRrXm) Embracing a culture of equity, diversity, reconciliation and inclusion Conditions of Employment: Hire is dependent upon a Police Information Check satisfactory to the City of Edmonton Applicants may be tested Work Environment: This position operates in an in-person office setting.
