Supervise support staff in the Records Unit and assist the Shift Supervisor in reviewing the work of Watch Clerks and Switchboard Operators. Perform quality assurance and data maintenance for records systems, evaluate workflows with the PRIME Coordinator, and recommend changes to local policies and procedures.

Prepare planning reports and bylaws, facilitate public engagement, support advisory committees, and provide direction and training to technical staff.
