We are seeking a US-based or Toronto-based Consultant to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare Commercial Consulting Services team, specialising in Customer Strategy and Commercialisation The Consultant is a critical member of project teams, leveraging domain experience to manage specific workstreams within complex commercial projects and overseeing the execution of smaller engagements. Consultants are involved in conducting thorough data analysis, contributing significantly to customer deliverables and strategic recommendations, and guiding and coordinating the efforts of other consultants to ensure successful project outcomes. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field 5 Years of Relevant Experience Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English It would be great if you also had: MS/MPH/MBA/PhD is preferred. Proficiency across various consulting and research methodologies, including the execution of quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary & secondary research, and analytic modelling and forecasting. Experienced with all Microsoft Office products is critical, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook What will you be doing in this role? Lead data analysis and interpretation within a specific domain, deriving actionable commercial insights that drive strategic decision-making and business outcomes. Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques specific to the commercial sector to address complex market and business challenges. Take ownership of key components and deliverables within complex commercial projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry standards. Manage overall project execution and delivery for smaller commercial customer engagements, focusing on achieving defined business outcomes and enhancing profitability. Present findings and recommendations to customers with strong communication skills, ensuring that insights are clearly articulated and aligned with commercial objectives. Guide and coordinate other consultants within domain-specific projects to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. Engage directly with customers to understand their commercial requirements, translating these into actionable data analysis plans and presenting findings in a way that drives business growth. Contribute to the development of project strategies and methodologies that are tailored to the commercial sector, enhancing effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Contribute to proposal development by understanding customer needs, suggesting domain-specific solutions, describing analytical approaches, creating compelling pitch materials, and advising on effort estimates related to commercial consulting projects. About the Team The Customer Strategy and Commercialisation team is an international consulting group focused on helping life sciences clients enhance customer engagement through digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, and execution excellence. Our work includes: Designing and implementing omnichannel engagement strategies for global and regional markets. Developing data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and commercial impact. Collaborating across Clarivate’s broader consulting practices, including Market Access, HEOR, and Commercial Strategy. You will join a collaborative and ambitious team that values initiative, curiosity, and excellence in delivery. Hours of Work This is a full-time, remote position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST), with flexibility to accommodate other global time zones as needed.
