Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in London, ON. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective industrial refrigeration and air treatment clients, conduct site visits, and present tailored solutions that align with customer operational and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of solutions. In addition, the Sales Representative will nurture existing accounts, follow up on service performance, attend industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex deals. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience or familiarity with industrial refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical systems, or related technical environments is an asset. Ability to build long-term client relationships, provide consultative support, and deliver a high level of customer service. Comfort working in the field, performing on-site visits, and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams. Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting. Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities. Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as required.

Requirements
