Clean Harbors in Sparwood, BC is looking for Field Laborers to join their safety conscious team! The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with the safe operation of a wide variety of equipment, including but not limited to: High Pressure Units, Chemical, Combo and Vacuum Trucks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; * Assisting the Operators in the safe operation of all units; * Ensuring the job site placement of the unit is safe, stable and secure; * Completing all required paperwork on a daily basis; * Rigging equipment in and out; * General clean up and maintenance of units upon completion of the job; * Provides high levels of customer service with internal employees and external clients. QUALIFICATIONS * Full class 5 Driver’s License (not GDL) required; * Previous industrial or oil field experience in a labor intensive role is required; * Previous experience with any of the following units: Vacuum, Chemical or High Pressure is an asset; * Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment. 40-years of sustainability in action.
