Own budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting for a business unit, and prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reviews to leadership. Analyze performance, risks, and opportunities; develop financial models and business cases; and improve planning processes, reporting tools, and data quality while influencing business decisions.

Develop and execute internal communications strategies, manage crisis communications resources and employee engagement platforms, and partner with HR, health and safety, and other teams. Measure communications effectiveness, provide occasional external and social media content support, and serve as a French-language and cultural resource for Quebec initiatives.

Coordinate subcontractors, work orders, field logistics, and QA/QC activities to keep the residential assessment and retrofit program on track. Support client and community relationships, train new staff and partners, resolve escalations, and travel to participating communities to oversee field work.
