Job Title: Parts Counter Location: CAMUS Hydronics (Mississauga, Ontario) Basic Function: To assist with the counter parts sales and customer service. Essential Duties: * Sells products and/or services to customers. * Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with. * Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. * Provide service technicians with parts as required. * Enter order into ERP System. * Packing and shipping order and cutting refractories * Uses company equipment and resources safely and proficiently. * Follow up on shortages and expedites. * Treat customers fairly, with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. * Basic computer skills. * Good organizational skills. * Maintain positive relationships with customers, other employees and owners. * Be on time, flexible and available for scheduling. * Demonstrate an interest in growing the parts business. Other Duties: As assigned by the supervisor. Internal Contacts: Contacts required as a regular part of daily duties involving work of non-controversial nature. External Contacts: Supplier and customers Education Required: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years in an customer serivce environment. Experience Required: 1 years+ Physical Skill and Effort: Requires skilled, accurate, rapid, and closely coordinated manual skill. Work also requires a considerable variety of fairly steady, active physical exertion. Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions.
