Location: York Region – Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Newmarket, Georgina Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) provides Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home based and community service settings. We are looking for Paediatric Occupational Therapists that can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our client’s homes and community clinics. Our Occupational Therapist will be working with children with complex neurological and musculoskeletal needs in home and community clinics. The intervention will include activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home safety equipment, home accessibility, play and recreation, and augmentative communication. What You Will Be Doing You will conduct comprehensive developmental and functional assessments, creating individualized, family‑centered therapy care plans. Provide therapy to children with complex neurological and musculoskeletal needs in home and community clinics, adjusting interventions as they progress. Recommend mobility aids and adaptive equipment based on each child’s developmental, safety, and functional requirements.
