Buyer Support Agent

One seat on an intentionally built team. Clover Residential has been independently serving Victoria's premium neighbourhoods since 1995. We have one seat available on our sales team for a buyer support agent who wants to build a real career, not just hold a licence. You'll work to support Ole Schmidt — award-winning REALTOR and Managing Broker — handling showings, open houses, offer negotiations, and client care in the Fairfield, Oak Bay, and Downtown markets. We're looking for someone smart, coachable, and hungry. Experience helps, but the right mindset matters more. A BC real estate licence is required - or you're actively working toward one. Support the Managing Broker by handling property showings, open houses, and offer negotiations. Provide high-quality client care within the Fairfield, Oak Bay, and Downtown markets.

Candidates must possess or be actively working toward a BC real estate licence. The ideal candidate is smart, coachable, and driven with a growth mindset.
