Job summary
Job Description The Industrialization Technician plays a key role in turning industrial standards into real, stable and efficient production environments. Working closely, with product line managers, production team and industrial engineering team, the technician ensures that standardized industrial solutions are implemented correctly on the shop floor, optimized during ramp-up and continuously improved through hands-on feedback. Role and responsibilities Install, configure, and validate production workstations and equipment, based on standardized industrial solutions. Support the introduction of new products by preparing lines according to company industrial standards. Execute physical setup activities: tooling, fixture installation, workstation layout, labeling, documentation, and basic programming or parameter setup when required. Ensure that all industrialization standards, operation manuals, and validated templates are properly applied on the floor. Support Product Line Managers by reviewing line readiness and compliance. Provide structural feedback to Industrialization team on gaps standards, improvement opportunities and lessons learned. Update documentation related to line setup, equipment, and operational instructions. Train production staff and leads on new or modified workstations, equipment or processes. All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Technical diploma industrial engineering or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience Good knowledge of manufacturing systems and VAP tools (Kaizen, SMED, 6S, etc.) Act as a facilitator for industrialisation activities Strong hands-on troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read technical drawings, layouts, and standard work instructions. Analytical and Problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Work in multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Master the French and English language (customers from the United States).
