Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Technician on a full-time temporary basis (15 month term) on our Corporate Accounting team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. What you’ll do: * Code and process freight payments and related charges for merchandise freight vendors and lease operators. * Process retail invoicing for courier charges. * Process monthly recovery journal entries. * Other duties as required. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with other Processing Clerks and Accounting Technicians on a team lead by the Accounting Supervisor, Processing. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Finance and: * Have a high school diploma and two post-secondary courses in financial accounting from an accredited post-secondary institution. * Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable function.
