Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Technician, Tax, on a full-time permanent basis on our Commodity Tax team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. What you’ll do: * Prepare and file monthly PST, GST, and ecology returns as well as respond to any queries from stakeholders. * Handle correspondence between departments, retails, government, and ecology programs. * Prepare IFTA reports and remittances based on fleet use in each province. * Review new item set ups to ensure proper tax treatment by reviewing PST, GST, and ecology rates on government and other stakeholder’s websites. * Other duties as required.
