To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.northcentralco-op.crs [http://www.northcentralco-op.crs/] What you’ll do: Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards. * Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required * Supporting the Deli Manager with all tasks and duties, processing daily payables, operating the Point-of-Sale system (when required), completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned. * Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Requirements

Applicants must have at least three years of retail deli experience and previous retail supervisory experience. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are expected, along with honesty, trustworthiness, results orientation, and a collaborative approach.
