Sun Valley Co-op is hiring for a full- time Yard Foreman to join our team at Altona Home Center location. Job duties: · Organizing, loading and helping arrange for deliveries · Loading customer orders on-site · Safe and efficient movement of product throughout the yard/warehouse · Unloading external delivery trucks following all receiving procedures · Safe operation of all forklifts · General yard/equipment maintenance. What are we looking for in a candidate: · Valid class 5 drivers – A class 3 license would be an asset. · All applicants must be willing to acquire a valid class 3 license within a reasonable timeframe upon hiring. · Must be physically able to lift upwards of 100 lbs · Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions (All Manitoba weather) · Motivated and hardworking personality · You are efficient and accurate in a busy environment. · You have strong organizational abilities · Customer Service Oriented · Good communication skills · Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills At Sun- Valley Co-op, we have an amazing team in place to support our new employees, adapting to their job roles by providing on-the-job training. Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and be willing to obtain a Class 3 license within a reasonable timeframe; a Class 3 license is an asset. They must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, work outdoors in Manitoba weather, and demonstrate organization, efficiency, accuracy, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
