Sun Valley Co-op is currently looking for an individual to join our team at the Morris Gas Bar in the Full-time position of Evening & Weekend Supervisor. We are looking for a dedicated and customer- focused leader who is passionate about providing excellent service, supporting a team, and creating a positive experience for both customers and employees. Reporting Line : Gas Bar Manager Job duties: Ensuring our team is providing the best possible customer service To coordinate and communicate tasks to be completed by evening & weekend team members Maintaining a clean, organized sales floor in our C-Store Dispensing all of our petroleum products (including propane) Understanding & running a point-of-sale system What are we looking for in a candidate: Excellent communication and motivational skills Be a team leader with the ability to delegate Provide superior focus on customer service Previous supervisory experience will be considered an asset.
