Effective communication, execution, and leadership skills are crucial for team oversight and achieving organizational goals. This role is responsible for upholding all standards and operational excellence related to financial and inventory management. You will establish strategies, goals, and objectives for the store and identify areas for improvement. This role oversees, coaches and develops team members and team leaders, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management and training. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: * You have Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education would be considered an asset. * You have 3-5 years of successful management experience. Lumber, Hardware or Agriculture related experience would be considered an asset. * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
