Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Clerk for our Grocery department at our Food Store in Lanigan, SK What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: * Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system including lottery sales * Stocking – stock and face products within the store * General Food Store duties - housekeeping, opening, closing Who you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and: * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You have retail experience in the areas of customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising (considered an asset) * You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives * You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders and kneel * Valid driver’s license preferred. Reports to: Lanigan Food Store Manager

Requirements

Applicants should be honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and interested in customer service; retail experience is an asset. They must be available for scheduled day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts and able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and kneel; a valid driver's license is preferred.
