Job summary

The clerk is responsible for maintaining master files for customers, vendors, and products while coordinating hardware and software maintenance. Additionally, they will provide member service, stock shelves, and perform daily administrative procedures.

Responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional member service * Dependable for all scheduled shifts * Maintaining master files for customers, vendors and product * Coordinating maintenance of hardware equipment and software programs * Stock shelves as required and make necessary deliveries * Administer daily, monthly and yearly procedures * Perform all other TRC file maintenance functions * Adhere to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures * Adhering to all Evergreen Co-op safety policies and procedures * Adhering to all food safety policies and practices * Performing any other duties as assigned We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications: * Organizational skills and great time management * Works independently in a team environment * Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills * Liquor product knowledge is an asset * Proserve certificate * Quality communication and interpersonal skills * A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand * Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license with an acceptable driver abstract As part of Evergreen Co-operative Association’s hiring process, pre-employment background checks will be required for all candidates.
