What you'll do: Reporting to the Meat Manager the Meat Cutter will support the safe, efficient and customer-focused operation of the Meat department. Duties will include: * Cut, trim, prepare, package, price, and display meat, fish, and seafood products. * Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including support with special orders. * Receive, inspect, store, and rotate products according to food safety and quality standards. * Follow production, stock control, sanitation, and food safety procedures. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and equipment. Who you are: * You have 1 year of relevant meat-cutting experience. * You have a Grade 12 education or equivalent * You can lift up to 50lbs. * You are committed to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and safe work practices. * You are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
