What you’ll do: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (and other duties as required): * Providing customers with excellent, efficient, courteous service * Provide a neat, clean, fresh and well merchandised department * All duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts * Compliance with government standards and regulations that apply to the Killam Food store * Complete up-to-date in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses * Alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment * Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store’s standards * Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules * Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others * Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures This position requires the use of computers, requirement to stand, lift, bend and crouch, as well as heavy lifting of products. Candidates will demonstrate the following: * Committed to providing excellent customer service to our member-owners as well as internal customers * Quality communication skills * Ability to work days, evenings and weekends This position will report to the Grocery Night Supervisor, Camrose Food. This is a Part-time position based on 28 hrs/week, the successful candidate will have the ability to work night stocking shifts scheduled between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
