To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.borderlandco-op.crs What you’ll do: The store supervisor reports directly to the store manager and is expected to perform the following duties: * Support the Store Managers with day-to-day operations. * Help lead and coach team members to achieve high service standards. * Ensure store excellence in merchandising, inventory, housekeeping, and safety. * Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution. * Coordinate daily tasks and help maintain an efficient, organized store. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Customer Service and: * Grade 12 education or equivalent, post secondary degree is considered an asset. * Valid Class 5 Drivers license * You have a good understanding and working knowledge of hardware, c-store and liquor products. * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. Requirements
