Gas Bar Attendant Temporary Part Time Theodore Agro Centre What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: * Customer Service – upsell and cross-promote products, offer guests assistance and recommendations with acquired knowledge of liquor, agro, and petroleum products. * Petroleum duties – Provide full service at the fuel pumps including dispensing fuel, washing windows and checking oil * Merchandising – Stock shelves and face products within the Liquor Department. * Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system * Stocking – stock and face products within the store * General duties - Exterior and interior housekeeping, opening and closing procedures Who you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and: * Are 19 years of age or older and have Serve it Right certification or will obtain it. * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You have retail experience in the area of customer service * You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. * You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel What we offer: * Immediate 10% off at Legacy Grocery Stores * 7.5% Rebate at other Legacy Stores * Benefits & Pension * Scholarships and Tuition Assistance * Many more incentive programs available Reports to: Julie Lastiwka, Store Manager Employees interested in this position are to inform their supervisor of their intentions before they approach the contact person.
