The Campus Tower Suite Hotel (Managed by Coast Hotels) is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll help grow our business, strengthen relationships within the community, and create exceptional experiences for our guests and clients. What you'll do As our Sales Manager, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners. Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients. Promote the hotel's rooms, meeting spaces, catering services, and special offerings. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and attract new business. Work closely with teams across the hotel to create outstanding guest experiences. Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales-related documents accurately and on time. Keep detailed and up-to-date client records. Participate in trade shows, networking events, client meetings, and property tours. Help plan and support marketing and sales campaigns. Respond to inquiries from guests, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve concerns and know when to involve other team members for additional support. Support other departments whenever needed. Take on other duties as assigned. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who has: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least three years of experience in sales, with some experience in the hospitality industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail. Confidence using Microsoft Office programs. The ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time. A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment. Experience resolving conflicts or concerns (an asset). The ability to speak more than one language (an asset). Why join us?
