Lead and develop the facility maintenance team, strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance, and improve equipment reliability while reducing unplanned downtime. Plan shutdowns and major repairs, manage contractors and critical spare parts, support upgrades and modernization, and coordinate maintenance priorities with production.
