The right person will help us build a proactive maintenance culture, identify and eliminate recurring equipment problems, develop our maintenance team, and support the continued modernization of the facility. What You'll Do Lead and develop the Annacis maintenance team. Strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and drive long-term solutions. Plan major maintenance activities and shutdowns. Manage contractors, suppliers, critical spare parts and maintenance costs. Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge. Experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Experience in veneer, plywood, sawmilling, lumber drying or other continuous-process manufacturing is an asset, but not required. The Opportunity This role is about more than maintaining equipment. We want someone who can help us build a stronger maintenance and reliability program, develop people, improve how we work, and contribute to the long-term performance and modernization of our Annacis facility. If you're an experienced industrial maintenance leader who enjoys solving problems, building strong teams and making lasting improvements, we'd like to hear from you.
