<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Position Details:<br />Client: Banking/Financial<br />Title: Business Analyst (Capital Market and Front <span class="long-word">Office/Backoffice/Collateral</span> Management)<br />Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Possibility of Extension<br />Location: Toronto - Hybrid<br />Pay Rate Range: $50/hr -120/hr open for rate exceptions</p><p><br /></p><ul><li><br /></li><li>Must Haves:<br />10+ yrs of Strong capital markets and portfolio management domain expertise with hands-on understanding of the full trade lifecycle, portfolio rebalancing, corporate actions, portfolio operations, and front-office risk workflows.</li><li><br /></li><li>Experience working with institutional PMS/OMS platforms such as Charles River Development (CRD), including trade workflows, compliance monitoring, portfolio modeling, and pre/post-trade checks.</li><li><br /></li><li>Strong business analysis capabilities with experience creating FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation (as-is/to-be).</li><li><br /></li><li>Ability to work independently, analyze systems with minimal SME dependency, and collaborate effectively with engineering and technology teams.</li><li><br /></li><li>Good understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations within trading or portfolio management environments.</li><li><br /></li><li>Nice-to-have experience in microservices architecture and involvement in modernization or transformation initiatives.</li><li><br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><span class="long-word">Screening/Selection</span> Disclosure:<br />We may use AI-enabled and/or automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
