Provide specialized nursing care to patients within the Dialysis department to improve patient outcomes. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses, possessing current Hemodialysis experience and BCLS certification. Completion of the Regional Dialysis Training Program or a CAN Nephrology Nursing Certificate is preferred.
