Work Shift: Weekend Night (Friday-Sunday) 6:00 pm - 6:00 am) What You Will Do Setup equipment by loading and unloading of robotic shotpeen work centers. Follow part process techniques, operation sketches and special handler instructions, to include, but not limited to loading/unloading of shot peen machines and airflow, intensity and pressure techniques Work alongside Process Technicians to optimize machines and produce quality parts. Monitor and optimize efficiencies of the automated line Read OP sketches and work instructions to identify with requirements Minimize and mitigate machine downtime through the use of the ANDON system Maintain acceptable production, quality levels, and departmental equipment, as well as practice safety in the workplace and maintain good housekeeping Support and promote continuous improvement, 5S activities and Standard Work Development in the cell Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications You Must Have High school diploma, with a minimum of one year of relevant manufacturing experience. Strong PC skills and understanding of written work instructions.
