Columbia Basin Trust supports the ideas and efforts of the people of the Columbia Basin. We take our lead from residents and communities. Lead strategic planning, operations, security, and continuous improvement for IT infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud services, and cybersecurity across multiple locations, including hydro generation facilities. Oversee service delivery, budgets, procurement, vendors, projects, performance reporting, risk management, and the development of the IT team.

Coordinate funding initiatives and grant processes, administer contracts, contribution agreements, and budgets, and develop or improve programs, policies, and strategies. Build relationships with community partners, conduct research and program evaluations, and coordinate engagement activities, committees, meetings, and events.
