Job summary
Job Description the resort while complying with safety and security standards of the company as well as established departmental policies and procedures. They must have the skills to adjust quickly to changing conditions both inside and outside the bus. The Shuttle Bus Driver must adhere to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) terms and conditions, maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times, and assist in maintaining excellent public relations and customer service with all guests and employees of the Resort & Casino. Directly responsible for getting the groups safely to and from the resort & casino Responsible for the cleanliness of the shuttle inside and out Ensuring the shuttle is drivable and safe for the road before picking up customers Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber patron service to all internal and external patrons of the resort & casino while adhering to all rules and regulations set forth by the company. Using superior customer skills, welcome, meet and greet all guests, build working relationships accordingly, answer enquiries and provide information to deliver exemplary service levels at all times Remain fully aware of the site’s operation and the amenities and services provided, along with promotions and marketing initiatives at all times Provide assistance to guests and fellow employees as required while ensuring that all site, departmental and AGLC policies and procedures are being adhered to Comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions to the Guest Services Manager Other duties that may be assigned. Education Required Valid Class 5 Drivers with abstract. 3-5 years shuttle service experience required. Skills Requirements Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work and thrive in a team-oriented environment, and be able to function independently Must be available for shift work Other Requirements We thank all applicants, however, only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
