Job summary

The caregiver will assist an elderly patient with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation. They are responsible for managing household needs to help the client maintain independence at home.

Benefits: * 4% vacation pay * Flexible schedule * Training & development A patient’s family is seeking a caregiver for a female patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services. Patient is an elderly lady who suffers from mild dementia. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3 days per week * start at 8:00 am to 11:00 am * total 9 hours per week. * Depends on the need of the patient, it may extend to 4 days Pay Rate: $20 per hour Location: Stouffville Road & Leslie Street What we are looking for: * A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. * High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. * Access to reliable transportation. * Certified PSW or relevant experience in caregiving What you will be doing: * Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. * Provide assistance with personal care. * Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding. * Properly manage household needs. Salary Range: * $20 per hour Disclaimer: This is a new position. AI may be used in our screening process. We do not require Canadian work experience. Interviewed candidates will receive a status update within 45 days of their final interview.
