Position Summary You will coordinate and prioritize vehicle repair and maintenance requests, ensuring that they are efficiently addressed to minimize downtime. Additionally, will maintain detailed records of service requests, track maintenance schedules, and assist in managing the maintenance budget, contributing to the safe and reliable operation of our fleet within the trucking industry. Location: Mississauga Schedule: Friday to Sun 7am to 7pm What you will do First point of contact for CCS customers Maintaining an updated spreadsheet of equipment damage for the Ontario maintenance shop Schedule vendor repairs and issue purchase orders Inquiring with claims in regards to damages, following up with operations managers to have driver fill out reports. Two way communication with CCS Operations to provide updates as required What You’ll Bring Minimum 6 months of Admin and customer service experience Able to manage work orders, repair orders, estimates and invoices Ability to communicate with technicians, fleet managers, drivers and customers Strong attention to detail when documenting vehicle concerns, repairs, parts and labor Comfortable using computer Systems, Shop management software and Microsoft Office Strong Organization and Management Skills Along with the following Skills & Competencies: Expediting Service Operations Order Tracking Work Order Scheduling Order Management Software Why People Love Working at Canada Cartage Canada Cartage offers a supportive, team-oriented workplace built on collaboration and respect, with opportunities for career growth and development.
