Position Summary The Safety & Compliance Administrator assists the Safety & Compliance team with the administrative work required for Driver Safety; such as: ELOG, Filing, Insurance inquiries, tickets, violations, MVA’s, driver file maintenance etc. Location: 1115 Cardiff Blvd., Mississauga Schedule: 40 hours, Mon - Fri What You’ll do Coordinate the processing and file management of compliance related documentation Monitor and schedule periodic remedial training and/or annual recertification for the driver population Maintain all of the various Safety & Compliance data tracking programs Assist in performing internal department audits Sort and Scan Driver’s Daily logs Assist Safety Supervisor as required What You’ll Bring 2 years of experience in Transportation High school diploma Along with the following Skills & Competencies: Possess excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision Strong computer skills; proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Keen eye for details and a high level of accuracy Strong ability to set priorities and sense of urgency Why People Love Working at Canada Cartage Canada Cartage offers a supportive, team-oriented workplace built on collaboration and respect, with opportunities for career growth and development.
