Develop and secure MICE business across corporate, agency, and association segments by managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Coordinate with operational teams to support event delivery, analyse market opportunities, maintain sales records and forecasts, represent the hotel at industry events, and lead a two-person sales and planning team.
