Job summary

Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and efficient inbound and outbound shipments. This role works closely with customers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to maintain high service levels while meeting company KPIs. Ⅰ. Key Responsibilities 1.Inventory Management Monitor inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and reconciliation. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 2.Inbound Operations Schedule inbound deliveries with suppliers and carriers. Coordinate receiving activities and verify shipments against purchase orders. Ensure products are properly inspected, labeled, and stored. Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly. 3.Outbound Operations Coordinate order processing and shipment scheduling. Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Prioritize urgent and same-day shipments. Monitor shipping performance and carrier pickups. 4.Transportation Coordination Arrange transportation with carriers. Prepare shipping documentation Track shipments and resolve delivery issues. Coordinate appointment scheduling with customers. 5.Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory and shipment status. Provide shipment tracking and proof of delivery (POD). Resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations. Maintain professional communication with customers and logistics partners. 6.Warehouse Administration Update ERP/WMS with shipment and inventory transactions. Generate daily operational reports. Maintain filing of shipping and receiving documents. Support month-end inventory reconciliation. Assist with KPI reporting. 7.Continuous Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities. Support implementation of warehouse SOPs. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Promote a safe and organized workplace. Ⅱ.Qualifications College diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2+ years of warehouse or logistics coordination experience. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. Team player with a proactive attitude.
