This role acts as a player-coach, managing a team of senior practitioners while personally leading key AI engagements to drive measurable business outcomes. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in complex business or technology engagements, including 3 years in a leadership role and 3 years supporting manufacturing functions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
